- You’ll be able to pay for transportation fees and request courier service
- You can check your accumulated bonus points
- You’ll have access to the Box pickup functionality
- You can request assistance with ordering parcels
The Box pickup feature can be managed from your personal account or via an SMS notification

Log in and go to your account
Select "Collect from Box" from the menu
Create a group of parcels for pickup and generate the barcode

Open the message notifying you that your parcel has arrived
Click the link
